Yes you can join a course for web designing or graphic designing or Animation after 10th (with any %) as they short term or diploma courses. Only for graduation program you need +2 certification.
I would suggest you to choose the institute wisely, please visit more than one institutes, compare them, and then only decide.

hello amit,dont get confused you have to select only those subjects in which you are good.
and i think if you are bsc agriculture graduate so agriculture & botany are realy good subjects for you ,you had done a right decision . because if you'll go for arts subject .may be you can't understand those subjects,& you'll prepare those subjects from starting may be from 11th level . i am telling you this because some of my friends they had done this mistake they changed their subject and loose of this,they found out with their result . so i am giving you a advice just select only your subjects ,which you like most .
