Hi Pooja, in most of the colleges in Singapore you do not need work ex like MDIS. But to get admission in a University you definitely need work experience like NUS.

Hi Prachi,
As you already have an MBA degree, I don't think you need to get another degree or diploma to get into retail operations, but, getting an additional qualification keeping in mind the specific field will definitely be an add- on to your CV. However, if your MBA degree is a full time degree from a decent Institute you should not face much problem in switch over.

Hi Hemant, why do you wish to go now? It is advised that you complete BCom and then go for MAsters. If you wish to go now you will need to apply for credits, which is a lengthy process and takes time. You will have to get a syllabus of your entire course and mark the modules completed, send it to the University along with your mark sheets. If they find it matching with your current qualification they will offer credits accordingly. It is quite likely that you might be asked to join from first year or repeat second year.
Hence, if you can complete your ty also in India and apply for Masters, you will save a lot of time and money.
