Hi Hemant, to go for any Masters course you will have to complete UG. And to get a CAS letter you will have to submit your Provisional Certificate if you can not submit Degree certificate. Although, degree certificate is mandatory, sometimes an exception is considered. But if you have completed UG earlier as in over 6 months before you apply for admission or visa, you will have to provide Degree cert. If not, then you need to give reasons.
Hence, appear for those exams and then apply for MAsters.
