IIMs - fees is something around 13.5 lakhs for A,B,C and 10 lakhs for I,K,L - eligibility is graduate in any specialisation - entry thorugh CAT and GD/PI - ranks among top 10 in all rankings
FMS - fees i 21500 per term - eligibility is graduate - entrance is through FMS test and GD/PI/Extempore
XLRI - fees is something around 10 lakhs - eligibility is graduate - entry through XAT and GD/PI

TOEFL is very much compulsory to be taken in order to study in US. If you have completed your education in English medium, you may apply for a TOEFL waiver. However, chances of getting a waiver are very less. It's better to take the TOEFL.

Hi, as such it will not make a huge difference.if you are in touch with the concepts you have studied in 10th and take a lil time to be in touch with the topics you may study. But may i plz know the reasons for taking gap?

I would suggest you to do MCA after doing BCA.It will be more beneficial for you in future. One more thing if do MCA then do it from a better institute where you will get good opportunities for placement .As far as i know in Delhi,IITM is the best.All the best.

If you have secured only 10 marks in the entrance exams, then the chances of joining a very good college in the discipline of your choice cannot be predicted now. You may have to wait till the 3rd round of counselling to know the stratus.
