Hi Sanbi,
You will hardly find any good BBA institutes providing BBA with such a specialization and if any such Institutes are there, they are private Institutes not recognized or approved by any Educational body so; I would suggest you to either go for Bachelors degree in Hospitality which are again not very popular or go for a regular BBA and simultaneously join some short term aviation, hospitality or tourism courses. I would also suggest that, as aviation is a vast industry, you should first decide a particular area in Aviation, so that we can look for courses in that particular area.

Hi Raj,
From your query it seems that you want to join shipping companies, if yes, you need to have a Hospitality background to join cruise. As you have already done Bachelors degree you may go for a Diploma or PG Diploma in Hospitality, after which you can choose any hospitality sector that you want to join, Be it front office, F&B, Cruise, Cabin Crew etc, If you want to get to the technical side you need to have a science background.

Hi Asif, yes of course you will be eligible to apply for studies in all the countries you have mentioned. Some of the Universities in US and Canada will require you to have 16 yrs of education and you can compensate for 1 yr by completing 1st of year of Masters in India and then apply for MS in any univ in US and Canada. As far as UK and Australia are concerned, they very much recognise 15 yrs of education.
If you like this answer then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post queries if you have any.
