Pragathi- at the graduation you can opt for CBZ and then at PG level you can specialize in any one of the subjects. and then go for Ph.D.
OR you decide your subject first and then go for it's degree-PG-Ph.D. for example if you choose microbiology as your subject of interest you can have B.Sc. in Micro-M.Sc.in Micro and then Ph.D. in Micro likewise.

Charvi- Unfortunately there are no any colleges in India (Except Open Universities) which gives admission to B.E/B.Tech on the basis of 12th marks. Atleast you should attempt for CET/AIEEE. and then ask for donation entry in private engg. college.

under graduate law degree means LLB u can opt for 5yrs or 3yrs LLB degree program. for 5yrs course u need to have a minimum 10+2 and for 3 yrs course u need 2 b a graduate in any discipline

Rathin-You can take admission in any engg. college in CAP round ( for diploma holders) directly on the basis of your diploma marks. But you have to attend the college fulltime.
Parttime colleges are very rare in these days.
