I completely agree with Ankit, you should actually not waste your time and energy on doing a course from a low rung Institute as that will not help you much in your career growth. However with the score you have mentioned you can look at Institutes like:

As rightly said by Mr. Gijoo, B.Com (H) along with CA definitely has a good scope in the job market, but I would like to add here that the success in any field largely depends on how you perform on the programme, and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job placements/ Interviews.
