Hi Imran,
To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.

Don't get confused. Firstly I want to clear, we do graduation first and after that post graduation. That means you have to pursue BMS first and after that your masters degree.
Now coming to your question.
In order to pursue MBA from IIMs you must hold a bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA, plus you need to take CAT test.
Please note that each IIM shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
