You percentage is excellent, both AKGEC and DIT are equally good, you can take admission in any college. but if you want to take in some more better university then go for BITS and Lovely Professional University.

No, it wouldn't affect you placements. After doing twelfth from open schooling you can take admission in regular graduation and then PG regular as well.
Placement depends upon your graduation results and other factors.
Here i would suggest you that if you are more concerned about your placement, then join some well known top university like

2. IIIT, Hyderabad. .
3. BIT Mesra, Ranchi. .
4. Lovely Professional University.
