Starting salary depends on various factors like- the profile of the employer. quality of the Institute from which the course as been pursued, Grades attained in training program etc. Generally, starting salary is between 30-50k Rupees per month. Hello Rishu! Well it depends upon your budget as well as the rates of both hostel and PG. Since the hostels affiliated to an average college aren't that great, going for PG would be a better choice. Also you don't need to follow those strict hostel rules like following the timings, etc.

Sorry to say Naveen. By the counseling of JEE by josaa admission is possible in IITs NITs and GFTIs. So, you have to be in the merit list or your rank must be less than the closing rank of college and your rank is to high which is above the closing rank of all the college by JOSAA. So, you must try in any other counseling.
