After BCA, which is an undergraduate course, graduates may take up government jobs that require a graduation degree (for example- Armed Forces, Nationalized Banks, PSUs etc).

They consider a score of 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2 for general category and 250+ in JEE Mains paper 2 for BC category students.

Your query is very ambiguous. You should be knowing what is the best course for you, figure out your interests and career goals. Also, it is difficult to debate about the demanded course, be aware that economy keeps changing and every country has different sector and industries which are its driving factors. The country and university can be researched after you know what to study.
