You can get admission in VIT without VITEEE. But, you have to pay large amount of extra money (3-4 lakhs) if you want to get admission in VIT in management quota.

After B.Sc, if you choose to do B.Ed, you can only apply for primary class teacher job in govt. schools as TGT. For post-graduate trained (PGT) teachers, you should have both M.Sc and B.Ed degree. If you have a genuine interest in teaching then do M.Sc and after that B.Ed. If you want to do a job in private sector companies, go for MBA.

Sorry dear but 105 marks are not going to help you to fetch Jamia Millia Islamia for B.Arch because it is a govt. college and accepts a score of 300+ by general category students.
I hope you understand my point.
