No. It is not possible to pursue M.Com and LL.B. Simultaneously. Both M.Com and LL.B. Are full-time courses that require a significant amount of time and effort. To study in Germany, you must be highly academic and have excellent grades in addition to demonstration of research work, strong SOP and LORs etc. Scholarships are given on merit by the universities so if you have a strong profile you may have a chance.
