You can start preparing from 3rd year. Either you can prepare by self study or by opting for coaching classes. There are plenty of options available like Career Launcher, TIME, IMS,etc,. Materials provided by them are almost similar, in the end, it all depends on you. What are your strengths and weaknesses and based on that how you make a plan to tackle the exam.
To get into good B-school, you need to score very high percentile.

Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.

College is not that great for specializing in human resource.
Faculty is mediocre and lacks teaching skills.
Placement again is not very favourable and so are the packages.
Average package last year was 1.5l - 2.5l
Good luck.
Average package for HR varies every year depending on what companies are approaching.

Faculty for marketing and finance is really good.
100percent placement guidance is given and not placement gurantee.
Your academic records and past experiences plays a vital role in getting you placed.

More attention is given to students with good academic records while placing them.
