As doing Architecture is not possible through correspondence or distance learning programme, so if you want to become an Architect you need to do a full time programme. However, if you are looking for CAD CAM programme you definitely can opt for short term 3 months or 6 months programme which can be taken up along with your job. I can just talk about My case as i am a student at the Delhi Business School pursuing Finance and Marketing at their Badarpur campus. I had a similar MAT score the last year and chose Delhi Business School and turned out as one of the best decisions I took overall.
What i am experiencing is a very industry related course curriculum because of which i have got great summer placement with HSBC global. Likewise as a student you could learn Health care management as well as doing Finance courses which means a dual MBA.
At DBS, Top that up with a diploma in Entrepreneurship and business and you are ideally positioned in your career grap

It will be unfair to say which is better, however, as a student of Delhi Business School, I can tell you that it has been rated as one of the best business schools in Delhi and personally too, I have had a great experience so far.
The best thing about DBS is their curriculum which is highly industry based and thanks to which, I was able to secure a very good summer placement with HSBC Global and now look forward to an even better final placement.
