Hi,
The best suited engineering stream for you would be a masters in electronics as you have an undergraduate background in the same field. Apart from electronics, you can even apply to different fields of engineering like mechanical, aeronautical, etc.
Even though your undergrad percentage is a little towards the lower end, you have good chances of getting admission in the following universities:
1) Illinois Institute of Technology
2) Drexel University
3) North Carolina State University
4) Clemson University

Hi Amit,
MCSE, LINUX, CCNA are three different certification fields and offer careers in the respective domains which are different from one another. Opting for one among these three would entirely depend on your field of interest. If you are keen to pursue a career on Microsoft platform then MCSE would be the starting point, but if you are looking for another OS entity the Linux is a good option. Red Hat Linus offers various certifications and to begin with you need to qualify CCNA course.
All this would depend on your interest and without knowing your interest intent it would not be easy to provide you any information in particular.
