The fees for MBA in Singapore is vary from universities to universities however the range of fees is between S$ 18,000 to S$ 58,000.
However in UK MBA program fees varies from 6000 pounds - 15000 pounds depends on the college or the university .In UK MBA is for 1 year only.

There are no such institutes which can offer you a B.Com through online mode that too in Hindi as there are rarely any institutes offering online courses and the value of the same is quite questionable, so it is advised not to opt for the online course instead you may look for correspondence course.

I really do not see if this is possible until you are not pursuing doctorate in the language itself i.e. Marathi other than this the medium is in English in most of the Universities.
