But if you are not getting a job, it is better to go for MTech. But in this case, I would recommend you to work hard, get into a good college like IITs/ NITs/ BITS etc. These institutes will gurantee you good campus placements after completion of course.

First of all there are very few Institutes which are providing MBA in Project Management even through Correspondence. Secondly, it is always advisable to go for a full time MBA as it has a much better job market than the correspondence programme.
However, if you still want to go for correspondence programme then would suggest you to choose some popular specialization like Finance or Operations which are the two good options for Engineers.
