We suggest a student gives a systematic one and half year time to preperation. Seeing change in pattern it is imperative to chose optionals that are contemporary and relevent subjects instead of conventional subjects. One should start study with mains and the approach Prelims about 5 to 6 months before the exam. Mean time you must update you current events and Affairs knowledge with interlinkages to different streams of GS.

If you are planning to pursue MBA through full time then you can sit for the entrance examination even if your results are not out yet as the graduation results would only be required before you get admission, but I would also like to caution you that If you are sure that you would be able to score above 50% aggregate marks in your Graduation.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a “best answer” or pressing the “thumbs up” icon.

In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.

Hi Uma,
It would be difficult to get exact cut off percentage of Pondicherry University which is the state level University and generally the cut off for this University is not published, moreover as rightly said by Neha the cut off keeps on changing every year, it would be better to consult the University directly.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a “best answer” or pressing the “thumbs up” icon.
