Hi Dinesh,
I am currently a student at the Delhi business School and I can tell you out of my experience that its nice hat you have started to think about CAT/MAT. However more importantly before you choose any Business School, you should think of the following questions to ask a Business School
1 About the Course/Faculty
2. The fee structure and Affiliation
3. The Placements and the companies visiting.
Remember that even after CAT/MAT you will have to do much more as in take GD/PI to secure an admission at a good institute.
Out of my experience of an MBA, i can give you my example. I am a student at the Delhi Business School and Pursuing

Ishant, After BCA you can do Oracle certification in 2 tracks. The first one is a Developer i.e. programming track and the second one is the Database Administration (DBA) track. You should start with the programming track as it builds the foundation for the DBA track.
You will have to undergo the following training
1. SQL programming
2. PL/SQL programming.
My suggestion is to do the above 2 courses and pass 2 associated exams. Once you pass these 2 exams you become OCA i.e. oracle certified associate. After that you can proceed for the DBA track where you will learn more about the advance topics like architecture, backup, recovery, perfo
