Hi Abhishek,
In Germany you can try in these two universities for MS in Renewable Energy :- Oldenburg University and University of Freiburg.
In order to take admission there you should have good bachelors degree in relevant filed. The admission commission will decide about the equivalence of other degrees in particular cases.
Proof of proficiency in English (if not your native language):
- TOEFL paper-based 600 points, computer-based 250 points or internet-based 100 points (should not be older than 2 years) or
- IELTS band 7
