As you are interested in Acting i would like to say that acting is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of talent and hard work. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc.

There are many institute in India which are providing Pilot training for those with an interest to become commercial pilot.
To gain the license for Commercial Piloting, one requires to have minimum eligibility of 12th pass with science background and has to undergo complete training.

As far as my Knowledge goes you need to have the same stream in PUC 1st and 2nd so; I don't think it would be possible to choose a different stream in your PUC 2nd, however there are different subject combinations offered in both the years from which you can choose but in that case as well I dont think that you could take up altogether a different subject combination from your PUC 1st it should be related. But I would suggest that to have more clarity on this you should approach the Institute from where you are doing your PUC.
