Hi Arpitha,
As far as my Knowledge goes you need to have the same stream in PUC 1st and 2nd so; I don't think it would be possible to choose a different stream in your PUC 2nd, however there are different subject combinations offered in both the years from which you can choose but in that case as well I dont think that you could take up altogether a different subject combination from your PUC 1st it should be related. But I would suggest that to have more clarity on this you should approach the Institute from where you are doing your PUC.
