For a masters program, no university would accept a diploma. The requirement for a Masters degree is a 4 year degree or equivalent. If you want to pursue your studies in USA, you would have to apply for a bachelors degree.

Hi, there are number of options possible to do Banking and Finance degree in Singapore.while deciding Institute for your coruse, check exactly total cost of completing same. Even check first whether you are eligible to work part time or not? As most of Private Colleges which provide courses but legally you cannot work part time and earn money to leave like UK, Canada, NZ, Australia, etc. What is your present qualifications and marks?
