When it comes to wind engineering, USA is one of the top most countries, but getting a job itself is difficult in US. You can apply after gaining few years of experience. You should look for opportunities in Germany, Netherlands, France, Denmark and Spain to name a few.

It is not possible to predict the salary that you can get after a particular course as the salary structure depends on various aspects from the designation offered, job profile, your education and the performance at the interview, etc.
