There are various fields apart from engineering. You can go for fashion designing, graphic designing, English honors, mathematics honors, architecture, psychology and many others. Engineering seems to be the only option, but it isn't. It all depends on your interest.
I would suggest you to do a little bit of soul searching and analyze your strengths and weaknesses and then narrow it down to a field or two, then explore the options in that field.

Biotechnology is rapid developing field. Many of the private are exploring in it and also heavily investing in this field. It is safe to say that there are ample job opportunities for Biotechnology graduates in private sector.
Government sector too offers job opportunities, but not in the scale in which private sector does.

The results of a MCA entrance examination is valid only for that particular year. So, the results of MCA entrance examination in 2017 will be valid only in that particular year. If you wish to take admission in 2019, you need to appear for MCA entrance examination in 2019.
