If you are asking about IIMA, the answer is certainly not because the IIM's never consider MAT. MAT is widely accepted in non IIM's, but it is desirable to confirm with the specific institute.

You can prefer IFIM as it has good reputation and the second option is, you can go for IBSAT - Pune and Mumbai. You should also check the placement record before choosing any college.
