Physics - First 4 chapters of your NCERT book, Light and EM as waves and particles each
Chemistry - Almost all are important with changing focus but Organic and Inorganic are scoring.
Maths - Calculus shall always save you and is scoring.
These are the least one must know well. There is nothing like what is important. Knowledge is never segregated or aggregated. Everything has its own importance. So, keep a basic idea of everything but never underestimate above topics.

Uttaranchal College is definitely a good one. Infrastructure wise there are many other good colleges but subject wise Uttaranchal College is good choice. Student and teacher interactions are good. Their prosthodontics department is growing exponentially good. They get good points for prestige. Career wise it's a good option.
