Yes, you can enroll in an MBA program at Lovely Professional University (LPU) even if you completed your undergraduate degree with a supplementary exam. The primary requirement is to achieve a minimum of 55% overall marks in your bachelor's degree. LPU permits applicants who have backlogs to apply on a provisional basis, as long as they successfully finish all outstanding subjects and provide the required documents within the specified deadline.

It is possible to apply but you already hold a Master's degree and a double Masters is not easily accepted. Also, MHA programs require some relevant work experience. If you are really interested gain some relevant clinical or health sector experience for a year or so and start applying. And this applies for most Maharashtra programs elsewhere other than Canada.

Since you have not taken your IELTS test, first get it cleared with good band score which will take around 2 months including preparation of the exam and 13 days for result declaration. If you can manage try to gather pre-requisite documents in the 2 months tenure. The deadlines for September 2019 are between 15 Jan-2019 to 15 March 2019. Good luck.

As long as you clear all the pending backlogs before taking admission in any B-school, your chances won't get affected. Though you might be asked about your arrears in the interviews, so it would be better to be prepared for it. Good luck.

Yes, any graduate or post-graduate can apply for LLB. But, what exactly is your purpose to opt LLB because as per the rules of Bar Council of India (BCI), one cannot pursue LLB. through distance/correspondence/online modes. Only a person who has done a full-time LLB is deemed eligible to practice law in India.
