for MCA minimum you have to a be a graduate with mathematics as one of the subjects in 12th and graduation. Some colleges only admit students with BCA, BSc and engineering backgrounds. But, people from even BCom, BA etc.can go for MCA in mumbai university.

Hi Deepika,
If you want to get into Symbiosis, you only need to have a graduate degree to enroll yourself; the admission will be closed by 15th December for this year as there is only one session. For IGNOU you have to clear Entrance Examination called as OPEN MAT. IGNOU has two sessions January and July. For further information please check the links below:

If you complete your HSC before Diploma course, so you are eligible for MBA admission.
Because basic qualification is required for MBA course is your graudation or diploma holder with work experience.
You have a work experience, but i suggest you earn some more experience. Or if you complete this diploma on HSC qualification, so you can take direct admission for MBA.
