Hi Bhavin,
Saskatchewan , Alberta and Quebec supposedly have somewhat relaxed PR rules for international students. Alberta is also one of the popular student cities. You should probably look for universities in these provinces for better opportunities. Please remember that only the best students have bright chances so you must fare well in your academics.
Some recommendations would be Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology, University of Saskatchewan, McGill University and Concordia University. As an international student you must also submit a valid IELTS or TOEFL score. Please check the websites for further admission

Hi Diganta,
You can definitely pursue MCA after completing your PGDCA. Pursuing MCA after PGDCA will help you a lot in making your career path in IT.
Your 10+2 mathematics marks would not be that important after completing your PGDCA.
Should you have any further query, feel free to extend the thread.
Thanks.

Since you want to be a professor then you must have a Ph.D. in the subject of which you want to be a professor. So now you must do masters in political science and then Ph.D. in it. If you don't want to do Ph.D. then you would have to do teaching job for about 10-15 years to become experienced to that level so that your working institute declares you a professor.
I hope this will solve your problem.
