I'm sorry to tell you that your college is not great, so you must have very good grades to get a job but if you want a govt. job than you suppose to have the grades required as per the eligibility rules. Then there are exams and other formalities like interview, physical etc. But if you want a private job, your skills and grades are the only things that matters.
