As per the details, I am able to get only one such institute which is located in Meerut and also shares its branch in Panchkula. It is not clear about the affiliation but then as for the placements are concerned, this will depend majorly on the student and his/ her performance.
There are several designing programs offered by the institute but then if you are planning for a degree like B.Tech/ B.E., i would suggest you to opt for the institutes which are recognized and affiliated to valid University.

As you have completed your Engineering, you can either apply for the relevant post directly on the basis of vacancies advertised by the ministry of defense or IAF; the other way is to opt for the UPSC exams i.e. Combined Defense Services(CDS).
In either case you will require to qualify a series of tests including a health check.
