If you are planning to pursue engineering as your masters, then you should apply to US and Germany. Both are very good destinations for engineering.
The best possible course for your would be a masters in mechanical engineering as you have earned an undergrad degree in the same field. Admission to B.Arch in the School is made through the All Indian Engineering Entrance Examination to be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). So first you have to appear in the AIEEE which is to be held on 01.05.2011 (Sunday), Date of Apllication has already been passed on Jan 14, 2011, I hope you applied for the same.
