Hi Anshul,
As you would be knowing by now that the last date for the submission of the application is nearing and is 21st March 2011, the forms are available from your nearest GPO.
As for the optional subjects are concerned, there are several to choose from with no constraint of having an education qualification in relation to your subject. You can opt one on the basis of your interest and that you think you can qualify.
As for the coaching institutes are concerned, there are many of these, to know about them , you can refer to the following link and may further refine the same on the basis of your location:

Since you have done done M tech in IT, you can opt for a PHD in IT. If you are not interested in IT, you can opt for graduate diplomas or certificates in IT. If you want to shift your field, you can opt for Masters in management courses or MBA. There are various choices. Have you asked yourself which field you want to start a career in? Do you have any specific courses in mind that you want to pursue? Please let me know so that we can take this discussion further.

Dear Sugandha, If you have good understanding skill of art and designing, I think there is very nice opportunity for career building. Fashion academy of PEARL,Delhi is very nice for it. one of my Niece has done course from there.She is getting 12 lac annul. If your parents can allow you to go for study,You should go there.
