In most of the reputed institutes, minimum eligibility for MBA is graduation degree in any stream from any recognized university. Some of the institutes accept diploma holders also. But the diploma should be of 3 years after class 12th and should be recognized by board of technical education of any State Government or Central Government. Few colleges, however, accept diploma holders also – you can explore possibilities with the admission offices at various colleges. You may find many colleges for MBA at (https://management.shiksha.com/) - you can see results by city. There are few options for MBA in India for those without a graduation degree.
If doing part time MBA,you should be a graduate with 50%marks and you should be a working professional with 3-5yrs experience (it depends on the university,entrance exam if any).

IPM students study various subjects related to management and other disciplines for the first 3 years and for the last 2 years they are merged with PGP students. Placements for both PGP and IPM takes place together. Since first batch of IPM started in 2011 only therefore those students would sit for final placements only next year. However they sat for internship process. Specific data for only IPM summer placements is not available but you can check placement data for full batch which includes pgp and IPM which will give you a fair idea. However since IPM is a new course therefore not all companies allowed IPM students to sit for their process.
