As such there is no specific criteria to be a celebrity manager. However doing a course in Public relation would give you the basic understanding of the work profile.

You can consider the following options in fields like CA, CS, CFA, ICWA , Law, Design ,IT, architecture, actuary, Media, Management, Hospitality, Academics, Public relations, Mass communication, BCA and Social Work etc. The choice depends on whether you want to get into commerce related field, science related (if you have science in 12th) or you may want to get into BCA (infomatics related).
