Hi Nizar,
You can look for options in the country you are living in currently. I doubt if you will be eligible for chemical engineering with a sales and marketing background. Just look around for universities you are located and check the admission requirements. You must apply for study permit additionally.

The minimum eligibility to apply for B.Sc in Nautical Science in Indian Maritime University, Chennai-Mumbai, T.S.Chanakya campus requires candidates to have a pass mark of 60% with mandatory subjects as Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. Admission is done through counselling based on the rank obtained in Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU-CET).
