Hi,
Well the fee structure varies for all the institutes. Each one is bound to follow the norms set by the governing body like AICTE, UGC, etc. And all the colleges select candidates based on their performance in different aptitude rounds that are conducted under the guidelines of the selection procedure.
I would suggest you to not to worry so much with the fee concern, rather put in your best to crack the seat in best colleges across and moreover, almost all educational hubs offer scholarships, education loans and even financial assistance to its students.

Well I would suggest you to look for other entrances (college specific) as this score would not get you any good college. As for now, do not ponder much, concentrate more on your preparation with the aim to crack the other exams with a much higher score.
