Age is no constraint to Education. I would say that you can opt for certifications in the domain of Networking like CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or you may opt for JAVA, J2EE, Digital Signal Processing, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems and Industrial Automation, etc. Even SAP or Oracle will be a great idea.
All the above would certainly enhance your knowledge and aptitude as well as get you a bright future. And with additional certifications in the kitty, one can definitely expect both good designation and salary graph as well.
The more computerisation, the more is the requirement of networking professionals. Job opportunities exist in manufacturing, repair,installation, services and maintenance. Whether it is banks, governement offices, Retail outlets, hospitality or any organisation belonging to any domain, have a network of computers for storage and sharing of information. To install, implement and manitain again network professional are required. Hence there is good scope in networking. Job role and salary will depend on your educational qualifications.

To be eligible to sit for Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year, one needs to be:
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and
In the age limit of 21-30 years.
