Hi Girish, after diploma you may opt for B.E./B.Tech course in lateral entry scheme. This scheme enable students to take admission directly in the second year of degree course.
Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates with a diploma in engineering can apply for the course. The diploma holders should have scored a minimum aggregate pass mark as per the university rules.
But, not to forget, lateral entry rules differ from one university to another so I would suggest you to please directly contact the university officials.

For taking admission to MBA. Your graduation should be completed. It is better to opt for a regular MBA. But if want to do distance MBA along with your job you can. There are many universities offering it. IGNOU is one of the best.
