Shivani becoming a CEO should not be your immediate target. You objective should be to acquire the skills to be able to Head an organization. For that I suggest you educate yourself in a conventional manner i.e complete your XII, then your graduation, post graduation and then prepare for CAT to get into a reputed institutions for MBA. That would give you opportunities to be a Manager early in life which you can work upon to be the Head of an organization. I suggest you target studies related to Human Resource Management. Take Humanities subjects and simultaneously enhance your communicative ability and analytical ability.
