Hi, currently all International students can only apply for Full-Time programme from SIM GLOBAL EDUCATION. SIM University only have part-time programme and is only for local Singaporeans and working adults in Simgapore.
At SIM Global Education, we have Programme for Business, Management, Marketing, International Business, Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, Communication, Psychology, Sociology, etc. We don't have science or engineering Programme.

no u cnt initially colleges will say u so many things that they will give u admission there r some little terms n condition bt trust me they will just trap u.thats y i wud suggest u to 1st complete ur final then think of taking admission.
