Since your son is in the beggining years of his career I would suggest that he opt for MBA through regular mode of education. For this the best option would be to prepare and give the CAT exam of year 2013. If he can get a good percentile then on that basis he can get admission to a reputed college. However if he wants to continue working and simultaneously do MBA then part time MBA, if available in the city where he lives would be good. For distance education he may choose Symbiosis, ICFAI, SMU etc.

The entrance exam of SNAP is mostly based on your verbal ability, reasoning skills, Quantitative ability and your outknowledge of recent current affairs. But for SICSR there is no sectional cut off although you have to clear the overall cut off for being selected for the GD/PI sessions . i hope i have been able to answer your question
