To be eligible to get admission in any of the decent Management Institute a student needs to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks.
For most of the distance learning MBA you would get admission directly without any prerequisite. Few of the may require you to have some 2-3 years of work experience like you may find this condition in IGNOU.

Hi Tushar, SIM Singapore does not offer any Bachelor of Engineering courses in Electronics. They have UG programs in IT or Computer Science, Business, Psychology, etc. The minimum percentages required in 12th standard will be 75% and above, though a 80% will be desirable. SIM is the No.1 ranked Private College in Singapore and has a terrific facility and one of the best places to study in Singapore. Several of my students are studying at SIM and they are quite happy with the facilities. IELTS or TOEFL is generally not required if your English marks are quite good in 12th standard. Wish you all the best.
