Hi, it is possible and where you can apply will depend on the admission requirements of the concerned universities. You should first start finding out the university requirements, email them, share your qualifications with them and enquire if additional verification will be required like WES evaluation. You must also keep note that MBA abroad is not usually for freshers unlike in India. After you complete your B.Com, you will need some work experience. Without experience plus a distance learning degree makes your profile weak for MBA. You can no doubt prepare for GMAT, but check the requirements first.

Presently, there are no rules for admission through management quota. However, the student need to have minimum eligibility prescribed for the course. Fees charged is closely guarded secret. It is actually euphemism for giving admission to children of rich parents who could not score much in qualifying exam, but is desirous of the course.

B.Sc with computer Science is one of the emerging course. Being a computer Science student, career is never going to end. There is always an open area for them. As a career option, you can join army, navy, IT sector, etc. Along with B.Sc + M.Sc, you have to do some certificate course and try to develop more programing skill.
