Hello,
Don't worry, if you are in job right now, then wait for a year, and then apply for GATE exam. On the basis of GATE marks, you can get admission and generally all colleges give admission on the basis of GATE marks, so it seems quite tough to get admission without valid GATE score. So, wait for a year and apply for GATE exam, and then apply for M.Tech Working Professional Course.

Hello dear,
I think there is a lot of scope in fine arts in India, especially since it is a relatively unexplored field and India is a developing country. So, there are several things you could with a fine arts degree in India. These include and are not limited to:
1. Being an artist: an obvious choice and probably the most interesting. It'll be tough to make it as a famous artist at first and having a few (preferably rich) contacts will help. You'll have to work hard to be the best and work hard to get into a reputed gallery. But it'll be worth it, I'm sure.
2. Art professor: This job could be quite rewarding if you like teaching and ca

No dear, this is not possible to do class 12th with Commerce, and then do B.Sc. So, you have to repeat class 12th with science stream, because both the streams are completely different from each other. And, B.Sc in physics is again a difficult one. But, if you are sure now to change your stream, then you must pursue class 12 with science again.
Yes, most importantly please think twice before taking any step, as it is about your whole life. Your single decision can change your entire life, so please make sure that you must be clear with what you are doing.

You have a good score in XIIth. If you are looking for MBA in future than BBA/B.Com/BA is better option. If you have inclination towards Science than B.Sc. Is also a good option. Just take your time and think about which field you are looking to make your career. You can check the below link-

Your percentage is too low to take admission for this course.
For admission to the course, candidates need to have qualified 10+2 from a recognized educational Board with a minimum aggregate score of 50% with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects.
If it happen recently, then you can go for improvement exam (every board gives a time period of minimum 2 years to improve your marks once). And continue your preparation for your respective career option simultaneously.
