Food technology and Chemistry are inter-related, but RAdiology is s different filed altogether. You must focus on YOUR interest, and not the institute or location. Are you interested in Food Technology, Chemistry proper, or para-medicine. What is your aptitude. Which subject thrills you. Which of these have you studied all by yourself, out of sheere interest.

Well from this rank you can not get the admission in any of NIT as because there are 7 NITs in all over India. So there are few seats in all the NITs.
For getting into the NITs you need to score in between 10000 all india rank.
However you will get admission in good government colleges across india.
So better to apply for the government as well as private colleges.
