First: through RPET counseling if u r from rajasthan
Second: through JEE main score card participating in counseling
Third: without appearing in RPET and JEE exams, on the basis of 12th percentage, one can take admission on management quota

Dear Aashish,
Its little bit difficult to say anythnig about VIT because last year around 4,720 students are offered admissions at VIT University ,Vellore and Chennai.
Out of this number, 3600 seats were offered to students at VIT Vellore and the remaining 1,120 at VIT Chennai but only the first 20,000 rank holders are called for counselling.
All major branches like CS, EC, EE are likely to close at 9,000 in main campus and 15,000 in chennai campus

Student in MBA IT are even from Commerce Background and they are equally competing with the other student .Course of the MBA-IT are created in such a way that even the Commerce Background student can understand the IT easily with the help of their peer and faculty member . Regarding placement , Sometime commerce background hand even get a upper hand when we opt for our specialisation like Banking Finance which is more concern with the Banking and finance and so companies in placement like HSBC , Bajaj Finserv etc take that into consideration

Remember :- Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.
Now Here is a list of other colleges in Rajsthan
-Ajmer Institute of Technology
-Amity University
-Amrita
-Arya College of Engineer
