Dear Aditya I doubt if these marks in JEE you can get some good govt.college but yes you can get admission in some private university or college of your choice and in branch of your choice.
These days we have many universities like Lovely Professional University, Sikkim Manipal University, Manavrachna University that offer admission in various engineering branches on the basis of JEE marks as well as direct admission on the basis of your marks in class 12.
Some of these universities are also offering scholarships to meritorious stujdents both on the basis of their marks in JEE as well as their marks in class 12.

For admission in a bachelor’s degree, you need to complete 10+2 examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry.The duration for this course is 4 years.For admission in top colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs , Bits Pilani, DTU you have to clear JEE (Main) , JEE (Advanced) , BITSAT.

Rahul you can get any private college with these marks but not a very good govt. college.
As far as private colleges and universities are considered most of them don't consider category they just take into consideration marks in JEE.
Then these days we have many reputed, private universities that over admission the basis of both the marks in JEE as well as marks in 12th. With this good percentage in 12th you can try in some reputed private university so that you can get a branch of your choice.
