I have heard that Indus is good for M.Sc IT. Faculties and lab facilities and teaching are good. Syllabus is according to Industry.

Dear Suraj, first you need to specify the course you are interested in then only it can be told which college/ university is having less than 4 lacs fee.
But to begin with you can check the websites of Lovely Professional University, Sikkim Manipal University, Amity University etc. These are some of the universities that are offering scholarships thus bringing the fee under 4 lacs.
