Hi Nazeen,
MBA and PGDM are both management courses yet the only difference is the approach to its curriculum.
MBA give more focus to the syllabus framed by the university and no change is bought in for years.
As for PGDM the focus is more on the current industrial demands and requirements.
The curriculum of PGDM gets slightly changed every year.
The flexibility provided by PGDM is the key success factor of the course.
MBA only provides degree to institutes associated to a university, while PGDM is not affiliated to any university and has its own syllabus.MBA is offered by universities and colleges affiliated to universities whereas an i

The candidate will have openings in Hospitals, in various operational areas like marketing, HR, quality , etc. and Insurance companies (TPA's) like Reliance, ICICI Lombard, in health care IT companies ( like Delloitte, Wipro) irrespective of the graduation background. If you are looking for payback, health care IT companies are best payers, next insurance sector and last hospitals. However there will be step by step vertical growth in the hospitals. With best wishes, Principal

Hi Abhishek,
Its little bit difficult to say anythnig about VIT because last year around 4,720 students are offered admissions at VIT University ,Vellore and Chennai.
Out of this number, 3600 seats were offered to students at VIT Vellore and the remaining 1,120 at VIT Chennai but only the first 20,000 rank holders are called for counselling.
All major branches like CS, EC, EE are likely to close at 9,000 in main campus and 15,000 in chennai campus
For more details, Kindly refer this links:
